SALESFORCE CONSULTING SERVICES

Need Help With Salesforce? Let's Talk.

Salesforce is a great tool, but keeping it running the way your business needs isn't always easy. Companies grow, processes change, new requirements come up, and suddenly something that worked perfectly fine a year ago has become unnecessarily complicated. Reports stop answering the right questions, automations pile up, and your team starts finding workarounds because doing things the right way takes too much time.

I've seen this happen more times than I can count. Sometimes a company has a long list of Salesforce improvements that nobody has time to work on. Sometimes the person who originally configured the system is no longer around, and nobody is quite sure how everything works. And sometimes Salesforce simply needs someone to give it a little attention before small problems turn into bigger ones.

I'm Marta, the person behind Dashboard Queen. I've spent more than 10 years working with Salesforce and Revenue Operations, helping companies improve processes, build better reporting, automate repetitive work, and make their CRM genuinely useful. Whether you're looking for someone to manage Salesforce on an ongoing basis or you have a specific project that needs attention, I'm happy to help.

Let's Talk About Your Salesforce

FLEXIBLE SALESFORCE SUPPORT

You Don't Always Need a Full-Time Salesforce Administrator

Not every company needs a full-time Salesforce administrator, but that doesn't mean Salesforce can take care of itself. Users need support, permissions change, reports need updating, automations require maintenance, and new business requirements don't stop coming just because nobody has time to deal with them. When those tasks are handled by someone who already has another full-time job, Salesforce often ends up at the bottom of the priority list.

That's where flexible Salesforce consulting makes sense. I work with companies that need experienced support without necessarily hiring another employee. For some clients, that means regular administration and improvements every month. For others, it's a specific project, a complicated automation, a reporting problem, or a Salesforce environment that needs cleaning up. We can figure out what level of support makes sense based on what your business actually needs.

WHAT I CAN HELP WITH

Practical Salesforce Services

Salesforce Administration & Optimization

I handle the everyday Salesforce work that keeps your system organized and useful, including user management, permissions, configuration changes, data quality, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements. I can also review an existing Salesforce environment to identify outdated processes, unnecessary complexity, and things that simply aren't working the way they should.

Automation & Business Processes

If your team is spending too much time doing repetitive work, there's usually an opportunity to improve the process. I build Salesforce Flows, approval processes, notifications, and other automations that help teams work more efficiently. But I don't believe in automating everything just because we can. Sometimes the best solution is to simplify a process rather than add another layer of automation.

Reporting, Dashboards & Revenue Operations

Reporting is one of my favorite parts of Salesforce, which probably explains the name Dashboard Queen. I've spent years helping sales teams and leadership improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking. I know how frustrating it is when different people pull different numbers from the same CRM or when a dashboard looks impressive but doesn't answer the questions leadership actually has. My focus is on building reports and dashboards that people understand, trust, and use.

Custom Salesforce Development

Standard Salesforce functionality is powerful, but it doesn't always provide the experience your users need. I design and develop custom Lightning Web Components, from better record headers and interactive dashboards to guided workflows and more advanced solutions using Apex. I approach development the same way I approach administration: understand the business problem first, then build something that solves it without introducing unnecessary complexity.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Flexible Support or a One-Time Project? Both Work.

Some companies need someone who knows their Salesforce environment and can help keep things running smoothly over time. Others have a specific problem to solve and don't need an ongoing commitment. I work with both.

Ongoing Salesforce Support

For ongoing support, we can agree on a regular arrangement that covers administration, troubleshooting, reporting, automation, and whatever improvements are most important to your business.

Project-Based Consulting

If you have a specific project in mind, we'll discuss the requirements, define the scope, and agree on an approach before getting started. I don't believe in making projects bigger or more complicated than they need to be, and I won't recommend a long-term contract if a one-time solution is all you need.

LOCAL SUPPORT · ARIZONA

Remote When It Works. In Person When It Matters.

Most Salesforce projects can be handled remotely these days. Zoom and Teams make it easy to collaborate, troubleshoot, and keep things moving, no matter where you're located.

But I also know there's value in sitting down together, especially when you're working through a complicated process, planning a new project, or simply trying to figure out what isn't working.

I'm based in the Phoenix East Valley and available for in-person meetings throughout the Phoenix metro area, including Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Scottsdale, as well as Tucson. For businesses elsewhere in Arizona, in-person meetings can be arranged depending on the project and location.

MY APPROACH

A Salesforce Problem Isn't Always a Salesforce Problem.

One thing I've learned over the years is that a Salesforce problem isn't always a Salesforce problem. Sometimes it's a process that was never clearly defined, a report built around the wrong metrics, or an automation designed for a workflow that no longer exists. That's why I like to understand how the business actually operates before I start changing things in the system.

I've worked on both sides of that conversation, supporting sales and operations teams while also building and maintaining the Salesforce functionality they depend on. That combination helps me look beyond the technical request and understand what the business is trying to accomplish. I also care about what happens after a solution goes live, because even the best configuration won't deliver much value if users don't understand it or don't want to use it.

I'm a Salesforce Certified Administrator with more than 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations, automation, reporting, and custom development. When you work with Dashboard Queen, you work directly with me, from our first conversation through the actual work.

REAL PROJECTS

Real Projects, Real Business Problems

Over the years, I've built solutions ranging from small improvements to complete business processes inside Salesforce. I've helped move RFP management out of spreadsheets, automated contract renewals, created partner deal registration processes, improved executive forecasting, and built custom Lightning Web Components that make everyday Salesforce work easier. Some of these projects involved complex technical requirements, while others were surprisingly simple changes that made a meaningful difference. What they had in common was a business problem that needed solving, not just another Salesforce feature that needed building.

LET'S TALK

Let's See What We Can Improve.

If Salesforce isn't working quite the way you'd like, or you have a project that's been sitting on your to-do list for too long, let's talk. You don't need to prepare a detailed technical specification or know exactly what the solution should look like. Tell me what's happening, what you're trying to accomplish, and what's getting in the way. We'll start with a conversation, take a look at what you need, and figure out whether Dashboard Queen is the right fit.
